What we collect

Your email, your TradingView username and your Telegram handle, so we can grant access, plus subscription status from our checkout provider. We do not store card details.

How we use it

To provide and manage access to the Service, send service messages and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

Checkout and billing are handled by our payment provider; indicator access by TradingView; alerts by Telegram. Each processes data under its own policy.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your subscription is active and as required by law afterwards. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at support@candleflux.com.
